So who, exactly, are we?

This question is not meant to send students scurrying into therapy, seeking answers to difficult life questions about our mortal existence.

This question, from a numerical perspective can be answered by simply turning to the MHCC Factbook 2007, which can be found on the college website at www.mhcc.edu.

Here you will find all sorts of demographic data that describe, in statistical form, who we are, what we are doing, where we came from and where we are going.

32% of the student body is at MHCC working on a transfer degree. 10 percent are here to get a job and eight
percent of the population is here for their GEDs.
